The absinthe Jacques Senaux Blue is a drink senior (78% alcohol) obtained from the distillation of various Mediterranean plants, primarily wormwood (absinthe), anise and fennel. It is a flavor reminiscent of anise or aniseed in general but with a bitter taste.
It is a very aromatic drink, dry, that can be taken with water alone as an aperitif, and is also very suitable for blending.
