Torre Enmedio Rose
Cultivated on the limestone slopes of the Costa Blanca, this rosé is produced on finca Torre Enmedio from equal parts of Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot grapes.
It is light and fruity with a refreshing acidity tending towards raspberry and strawberry aromas. Served well chilled, this is a perfect summer wine.
Matured in oak barrels and almost entirely in its natural state, our wine is appreciated for its density, its complexity and its fine aromas of Sierra del Contador berries. Its low acidity and our deliberately sparing use of preservation techniques make it very healthy.
