The firewater is, by definition, a distillate of fermented fruit, that is, the fruit must have been macerated with or without water and alcohol have occurred naturally.
It is obtained by macerating loquats in a selected firewater (Aguardiente), thereby obtaining a soft palate persistent broth.
Consistent and dry.
