Espliego honey is produced by bees in areas where lavender is abundant (Lavandula Angustifolia Mili and Lavandula latifolia hill).
This honey is light in color, of an amber hue, although it can sometimes tend to whitish. Its aroma reminds us of the lavender flower. It has a characteristic lavender flavor and a fairly fluid consistency.
