This honey has been harvested in the spring only from the lemon tree flower.
It is a very soft, fine honey with a pleasant aroma and a sweet taste with acidic notes (caused by the nectar coming from the lemon flowers) and not cloying taste.

Lemon honey is a little known variety since it is often confused with orange blossom honey, which although of similar characteristics, have nothing to do with it.
